DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind however, if you are unhappy with your product we offer an exchange to find the right product for you. Our team of professional hair consultants can analyse your hair to find the right product for you, just get in touch.
If however, your product is Faulty ie: product inside not at standard or product arriving to you open or broken please contact us prior to returning any items to us.
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us in the same condition you received it in.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Endure has no minimum order amount and distributes its products wholesale. If you are interested in stocking Endure Haircare in your Supplier or Salon, please get in touch.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
This website ships to Australia only. If you are interested in purchasing from Overseas, get in touch and we can assist you in ordering your products from one of our more cost effective outlets.
HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY?
We will arrange for the shipment of your order with 2-3 working days of your payment clearing. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. We are also not liable for reasonable delays arising due to postal network outages, service or closures.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
